Full day packages include access to TSS and its grounds for a 12 hour period (10am -10pm). Pack up must be completed by 10pm day of the event

Half day packages include access to TSS for a 4 hour period. Bump out must be completed within one hour after event concludes

No accomodation is included within this package, however if you wish to book the stable cabin, please email us or let us know when you fill out your event enquiry form

Weddings: Maximum 40 guests

Events: Maximum 50 guests

Legals Only: 2 witnesses (does not include photographers or vendors)

The Stable Studio is located in the quaint town of Binna Burra, NSW. The venue is less than a 5 minute drive from the stunning, character filled town of Bangalow. Bangalow boasts a range of quality cafes, boutique shopping and local supermarkets

For ‘Legals Only’ packages bump in may commence at 11am on the morning of elopement and bump out must be completed by 10am the following day ( Checkout time )

For ‘Micro Wedding’ packages, vendors and stylists may begin Bump in at any time on the day of your wedding. Bump out must be completed by 10am the following day ( Checkout time )

For ‘Event’ packages, bump out may commence at 10am the day of event (for both full day and half day events). Bump out to be completed by 10pm day of event

Wedding Packages: Include 2 nights stay in our luxury ‘Stable Cabin’ (2 people)

Legals Only Packages: Includes 1 night stay in our luxury ‘Stable Cabin’

Events

$400 per night.

All non-event/wedding related bookings are available via Airbnb: airbnb.com/h/thestablecabin

Photos are permitted to be taken around the entire property. The Wedding party may use the entire property for professional photos including the paddocks and grassed land. Please do not go further than the fences

Guests must stay within the perimeters of ‘The Stable Studio’ venue area

As per council regulations, and with respect to our local community, all guests must depart by 10:00pm

All guests must arrive by mini bus. Parking is available for 6 cars

Live music is permitted until 7pm. DJ or iPod playlist is permitted until 9:45pm

No PA equipment or sound system is supplied

We have 1 toilet onsite (attached to our cabin but with a seperate entrance)

For smaller, intimate gatherings, the included toilet amenity will be sufficient. For larger weddings, it is encouraged to add additional portable toilets for guest & staff comfort. This can be organised through your wedding planner

There is no kitchen onsite, however we do have a small undercover area for catering set up. Power, water and tables are provided

Catering is to be organised by the couple/event co-ordinator as we do not provide any catering services

All rubbish removal is the responsibility of the person booking the venue. It is essential that rubbish disposal is arranged in coordination with your wedding planner or event coordinator to ensure proper waste management.

We can provide a recommended rubbish removal company for your convenience; however, booking and payment for this service are solely the responsibility of the client. Any rubbish left behind that is not properly disposed of may result in additional cleaning fees.

By booking the venue, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging rubbish removal in accordance with these terms.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your date and then final payment is to be finalised, one month before the wedding date
